Project Details
The application site is ‘Parcel R4’ of an allocation known as the ‘Foxdenton Strategic site’. The allocation is an employment-led mixed-use development which will deliver employment, retail, residential and a new linear park.
Parcel R4 comprises 42 dwellings, all of which will be affordable housing to be brought forward through shared ownership and managed by the Great Places Housing Group.
Egg Transport Planning provided a detailed Transport Statement which demonstrated that the layout complied with relevant design standards and the proposals were in accordance with relevant planning policies.

OUTCOME:
The planning application was approved in January 2024, allowing these much-needed homes to come forward.
