The site, which had been vacant for a long time, has been the subject of several previous planning applications, none of which were successful.
We assisted The Starship Group in gaining planning permission for 13 dwellings at this site, which is supported by Homes England and the Liverpool City Region Brownfield Land Fund.
Built using modern methods of construction, these modular homes, all of which are affordable, will provide valuable housing for the area.
OUTCOME:
The highway authority raised no objection to the proposals. The planning application was approved in June 2023 and construction started on site in 2024.
